Children's Communication Workshops

Next term we will be running a series of workshops aound children's communication development.  These workshops will be developed and delivered by a Speech-Language Therapist, Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) and experienced classroom teacher.

Details of the workshop:
Each Wednesday 2nd November to 7th December (weekly)
9.30am - 12.00noon (morning tea provided)
Gulf Harbour School, Room 13
Topics covered: Speech, Language and Phonological Awareness

Travelwise launch Friday 4 November - Be there!

We would love to see as many parents as possible come to our Travelwise launch and celebrate Gulf Harbour School officially becoming a Travelwise
School.  It is just over a year since we began our Travelwise journey and now we are ready to receive our Bronze Award.  Be part of our journey to make travel to school safer and more sustainable.

Vote for our 'Doodle for Google' finalists!!

Earlier this year Google NZ asked kids across NZ to design their own Google image (Doodle) with the theme "My wish for NZ".  The winner will have their image displayed on the Google home page for one day and will win a laptop and whiteboard for their school.

Olivia entered the Google for Doodle competition at her school and has been selected as 1 of the top 4 finalists for years 1-3 in NZ.  Her doodle is titled 'Kiwiana Culture' and is the bottom left Doodle.  Vote here http://www.google.co.nz/doodle4google/vote.html















Sato was selected as 1 of the top 6 finalists in the year 4-6 category. His doodle is called 'Adventure Capital of the World'. Vote here

Auckland Half Marathon Sponsorship

Toolbox Parenting Groups

Term 4 - Parenting Teenagers

We have researched and have only included the best of the best to ensure you will survive a natural disaster. We have made 3 different types of survival kits to suit your needs:

  • Basic kit that covers all the basic equipment - $100
  • Car kit that helps you when you are on the road - $75
  • Deluxe kit that includes the right equipment to survive - $150
